D&R Style Consulting is a consulting company based out of Richmond, Virginia. Within D&R Style Consulting exist three divisions: Define-Redesign Division, Corporate Services Division, & Visual-Virtual Division

Define & Redesign Division -

Within the Define-Redesign Division, we work with clientele on wardrobe analysis and assessment, style choices, shopping trends, and clothing fit. We assess every area that is a representation of who you are visually, including clothing wardrobe, handbags, shoes, makeup, jewelry, and hair styling choices. Our clientele ranges from physicians and nurses, corporate attorneys, bankers, and program managers, to new moms and stay at home moms. Our established relationships with retailers, salons, and fitness gyms have allowed us to offer customized services to fit the needs and lifestyles of our clientele.

Corporate Services Division -

Within the Corporate Services Division, we work with government and corporate companies on Professional Development, Image Redesign, and One-to-One Employee Consulting. Our sought after Professional Development services range from teaching customized courses based on your company requirements to implementing quarterly training programs designed specifically for management and supporting administrators. Our exclusive Image Redesign services cover everything from dress code policies and uniform color choices to the design of your marketing materials. The One-to-One Employee Consulting service is a unique service from two perspectives. For employees that are working to move up the ladder, this is an excellent opportunity for the employer to provide the employee customized and detailed support. For the employees already in upper management, these services are a great way for employers to free up their employee’s time for more productive matters. In addition, since upper management typically receives more face time with clients, this ensures the company image is always maintained and above standard!

Visual-Virtual Division -

Within the Visual-Virtual Division, we work with individual clients and corporate companies on all things web-related! We work with women all over the country through our Visual-Virtual Division to redesign their image virtually. No matter where you are, we offer redesign services to fit your needs and budget. Through services such as Online Redesign, our individual clients can get customized recommendations on the pieces they need to build and/or maintain their current wardrobe. For all of our corporate clients, Visual-Virtual Division offers online styling for its online shoppers. We offer online styling for your shoppers so you can be sure they are receiving an excellent shopping experience that will draw them back every time!
